You can return the product for replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the product is received, its general integrity, including the official packaging if present, will be verified.

Returns, refunds, or product exchanges will only be considered after the item has been received. All products will be inspected to verify their condition, integrity, and the presence of the original packaging (if applicable). Only if the inspection is successful will a refund or replacement be processed.

In the case of a refund, within 15 days of receiving the product, you will receive a refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs and the cost of return shipping if collected by To Do Brand.
