The purchased products are shipped directly from the Brand's headquarters. Because we want to ensure you receive the best support throughout your shopping experience, we directly manage the shipping until the product arrives at its destination.

Once shipped with TNT, your purchase will be delivered in 3-5 business days in Italy. International shipments may take a few extra days, depending on your country of residence.

Only international shipments may be subject to customs duties. These are not due from us or the courier, but from the country where you live. Therefore, we cannot calculate them in advance, but you will be informed by the courier once the purchase arrives at its destination.

For every purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that the returned product must be without damage and/or signs of wear, otherwise the return cannot be accepted. In case of return, you will be refunded the amount you paid, minus the cost of return shipping.
